Haute Hijab: Classic Red & Green Winter Look + My Latest Luxury Purchase

This time of year I love wearing festive end of year colors like classic red and hunter green. I love all the winter decor – the wreaths, ribbon, holly and berry sprays everywhere – it gives me all the cozy feels. This private home in Grove Court in the Village is legendary – they go all out every season. Pumpkins galore during the fall and this gorgeous decor during the winter.

These pants are new from Sézane – my new fave store! I got so many incredible finds there this season – their NYC location is a dream. This coat is also from Sézane and new this season (I told you I wasn’t joking about my coat obsession this winter!) It’s this beautiful rich cognac color – exactly what I’ve been searching for. The turtleneck is the Tippi from J.Crew (old but this one is similar).

I finished the look with these new boots I got during my last trip to Dubai. I try and wait until my Dubai buying trips to shop luxury items like these boots (and the Prada belt bag from my last style post) because they’re less expensive and you get a better selection than here in New York. They’re an absolute work of art, I love them! My hijabs is the Everyday Chiffon Hijab in Deep Jade, and the plaid wool scarf is vintage from the early HH days. Enjoy! xoxo, Mel
